This expansive 2,000 sqft single-level home features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large, fenced yard. Two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds, and one bedroom has a small twin-sized bed.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with cozy queen-sized beds, nightstands, and dressers. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two queen-sized beds and an en suite bathroom. The living room couch converts into a bed for two, and there is also an air mattress available for two additional guests. The main bathroom includes a tub/shower combination for a relaxing cleanse after a day at the beach. In the backyard, guests can enjoy a large fire pit, a BBQ grill, and a serene 6-person hot tub with adjustable LED lights and a soothing waterfall feature.
Guests can partake in various activities such as surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, rafting, beachcombing, cycling, enjoying the water slides at the public pool, fishing, whale watching, hiking, visiting the aquarium, trying their luck at the local casino, shopping at antique stores, and exploring the sights.

Guest Interaction
I am available 24/7 for any inquiries and reside just around the corner. Our home provides brochures recommending places to visit and dine. Additionally, we offer a handwritten booklet with instructions for using the amenities.

All local attractions are within a 5-mile radius.

Other Things to Note
CHECK-IN: The check-in time is at 3:00 PM. Early check-ins are permitted only when the property is clean and ready for occupancy, and prior approval is required. CHECK-OUT: The check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please ensure all remote controls and other items are left on the premises. If you desire a later check-out time, inquire the day before, and we may accommodate you if it aligns with our cleaning schedule. CLEANING: Each property is inspected, sanitized, and cleaned after your departure. The cleaning fee covers normal cleaning so you can enjoy your vacation until the very last moment. However, you are required to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by ensuring dishes are cleaned and put away, and the home is generally tidy.
