A 50-square-meter, renovated apartment located in the centre of Salerno, in a quiet yet strategic spot less than one kilometre from the central train station and just a few metres from the bus and coach station, with excellent connections to Naples and the Amalfi Coast. The apartment is near the courthouse, and the historic city centre—where the cathedral, the marina, the waterfront, and the high street are located—as well as the nearest beaches, are all within easy walking distance. Equipped with all amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, safe, security door, mosquito screens, pod-style coffee machine, bed linens, towels, and soap and shampoo. I’ll be happy to welcome you and make you feel right at home. HOUSE RULES: Respect for property and others. Please present your ID at check-in and pay the tourist tax in cash. When you leave, turn off the lights, air conditioners, and lock the door… Please notify us if you’ll be late or early for check-in or check-out. Check-out times 8.00 - 10.00. Check-in times 15.00 - 18.00. The host is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. If you leave any items behind, we will ship the item to you, but the recipient is responsible for shipping costs. Please dispose of trash on the designated days. Bed linens and towels will be provided free of charge upon arrival, but if they need to be replaced during your stay, a surcharge will apply. For longer stays, a cleaning staff member will be available to clean the apartment by appointment; this service involves a fee to be paid at the property. Do not turn on too many appliances at the same time, as this may trip the circuit breaker located outside the property.
