A modern residence consisting of 5 independent attached flats located in the heart of Chania city. They are all fully air conditioned & equipped, minimally designed and decorated, suitable for up to 16 persons in total and minutes away from the Venetian Harbor. In total, they offer five double bedrooms, five open space living rooms with kitchens and five modern bathrooms. We also offer EV charging amenity, located at the secure garage of the property.
Our five flats can comfortably accommodate up to 16 persons in 225m2 of interior space plus a shared backyard. Each flat offers one double bedroom, one bathroom and open space living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room sofas turn into extra beds. All interior areas are minimally decorated to create a homely and cosy atmosphere. The residence is ideally located in central Chania, steps away from the central bus station and just a 15’walk to the nearest Nea Chora sandy beach.
Three of the flats have direct access to a cute yard with an extra table and chairs and since this listing concerns a booking of the whole premises all flats can use the backyard.

Our residence is located at the beating heart of Chania. Within walking distance you will find numerous cafes and restaurants, cocktail bars and brunch shops, offering great quality and choice to sit in or take away.
Within a few minutes you can wander around the scenic cobbled alleys of the Old Town or walk around the Venetian Harbour, explore its shops and unique markets or find out about the city’s unique history and multicultural heritage. The Municipal Market is also the perfect spot for your local product shopping like honey, cheese & herbs and an interesting walk to get a glimpse of the local everyday life.
At the city’s central bus station, located just 180m away, you can find bus routes connecting all major points of the island of Crete and all the famous beaches and sights to the north or south.
