Semi-detached house Calella de Palafrugell - with sea views and communal pool
Vila located in Calella just 5 minutes walking from Canadell beach and 10 minutes from the center of Llafranc, in a very quiet area with very good view. Extensive residential with shared swimming pool, children’s playground and sunny gardens.
The house has three floors; in the ground floor we have a spacious living dining room with access to a nice and sunny terrace and to the private garden of the house. On this floor we have a large fully equipped kitchen with wash machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave; also we find a cloak room.The first floor consists of one twin bedroom with access to a terrace with a distant sea view, one twin room and a bathroom. The second floor has one double bedroom with terrace and sea view, one bedroom with a trundle bed and a bathroom. Capacity: 8 people.HUTG-009894
