Equipped with everything necessary for living. The living room has a big flat TV with a Smart TV, a dining area and sofa.The master bedroom also has a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and there are all the necessary items for cooking. Has air conditioners in each room have and a washing machine. Free Wi Fi and a safe box. All windows have shutters and curtains. The size of the penthouse is 120 square meters.

The apartment complex has an outdoor pool, a sun terrace and a relaxation area. The penthouse offers sea views. To the sandy beach of Poniente, which has the status of the Blue Flag, walk 3 minutes.
