We welcome well-behaved pets, but kindly ask they stay off the furniture and aren’t left alone inside the lodge.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, board games, and books are available for you to enjoy during cosy evenings in.

Interaction with Guests:
We know how important your privacy is, so we’ll give you space to enjoy your stay uninterrupted. However, we’re always just a message or phone call away if you need anything — whether that’s help with the hot tub, local recommendations, or any little extras to make your stay unforgettable.

On arrival we felt really dissapointed, front entrance to door covered in cobwebs, spiders, couldn't even hold the handrail.lot's of weeds,so not really a good impression. Was pleasantly suprised with inside as it was lovely and clean and overall is ok?maybe a few things do need updating, like fridge,no shelves on the doors and freezer totally needs defrosting to fit food in but luckily it was only 2 days so we managed. The biggest dissapointment was the outside spaceoverall is very tired, needs the grass area cut and weeding, again everywhere was covered in cobwebs and spiders, top of tables and hot tub was so grubby, fence needs reparing and painting, fake grass was covered in bits, wobbly handrails, all the decking needs a good jet hose and paint.we got in the hot tub as it says someone comes daily but whilst in there we saw grime collecting round the edge and in the bubbles, which i did complain about that night but despite my partner being up at 7.30 am the next day no one came.It was glorious weather so we obviously wanted to use the outside more but we had to go out and clean it all first(not really what you want an a 2 day break)We had come from a luxury 5 star lodge the previous 2 days which was amazing but it was only 60 more expensive than this one and for that reason we would not return.I will say the owners did let us get in early(as i had a bad knee)and i really did appreciate that, although i paid a fee, they then let us get in 2 hrs earlier than that,so that was kind
Stayed 2 nights in Jun 2025
