Serendipity is a wonderful 3 story duplex to fit your whole family. The home was remodeled in Spring 2019 with wood like porcelain tile planking, new paint inside and out, new landscaping and hardscaping, as well as shiplap walls in the hallways. There are 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 6 balconies, an elevator and plenty of parking.

The top floor of the unit is all living space with the open kitchen, dining room, living room, and even a half bath. There are multiple seating options for the whole family, plenty of room for game nights, cooking family meals, and movie night. There is a balcony off the kitchen with wonderful ocean views, and there is a balcony off the living room with sound views. You can watch the sun rise and set from this wonderful house!

The floor below has the two master bedrooms; each with a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony with views of the sound or the ocean. The floor below these bedrooms, 1st floor above parking, has the 2 guest bedrooms. The room with sound views has a queen bed and a love seat that folds out into a twin bed. Across the hall is the final bedroom with a bunk bed and queen bed, and a balcony with ocean views. There is a full bathroom in the hall that these two bedrooms share.

The ground floor of the unit has plenty of parking for at least 4 cars and access to the elevator. This home has everything you and your family are looking for, plenty of space for everyone, and amazing views. Book your stay today in this spacious updated home!

A nice place for Memorial Day except for linen issues

The house was very nice and only a tiny walk to the beach (less than 3 minutes). The house was well stocked kitchen-wise and the beds were comfortable. We were all pleased with the house. We did have an issue with linens. We arrived to find all the bedspreads on the bed to be soiled and no mattress pads for all the beds for one. We also needed another set of sheets for the chair that pulled out into a bed in one of the bedrooms. We called and the property management team came with spread replacements minus one (brought a blanket because they didn’t have enough bedspreads available) and mattress pads very quickly. We did not call for missing sheet set since we were waiting on promised replacement bedspread that never was delivered as promised. Overall, a good house and we would rent again but would definitely follow-up with rental company on making sure all linens promised arrived as promised.

Location location

Place was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of space. Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Large kitchen and living room for all our friends and family to gather.

Beyond expectation. Loved the accommodations. We were a family of 12. Every incidental item we might need was furnished. Clean as a pin and beds very comfortable. Elevator was awesome ~ it goes to all floors. Highly recommend. We’ll be back next year.
