The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty the safe and ensure its key is in the safe’s lock.
Check that all lights, fans and heaters inside The Dune House are switched off - the lights outside the front door stay on permanently.
Close all windows. Close and lock all shutters. Close and lock all exterior doors.
Set the alarm, lock the front door, ensure all gates are closed and return the keys to LockBox. Securely shut the LB
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dune is a spacious and bright holiday home set in an indigenous garden - the large patio area with its bifold doors and vast timber deck and sparkling pool is an entertainer’s dream and where many happy family memories are made. The indoor barbecue (braai) can be enjoyed in all weathers. The house is within 7-10 minutes' walking distance to the sandy Robberg 5 Beach and the bay in which whales breach in the winter months and dolphins and seals surf the waves most of the year.
