Awful stay. Our kitchen sink didn’t work—we had 4 visits in one day from maintenance workers and they ended up flooding the entire apartment with sewer water everywhere. The plumber left for the day without being able to fix it at night. Nobody from management contacted us to explain. We called the maintenance guy (Mikha) and called Holyguest at multiple numbers, nobody answered at 830 PM. Even VRBO was unable to reach them. We had to stay in the unsanitary and unclean apartment overnight with our 6 month old. The plumber told us not to use any of the sinks overnight and the shower was too dirty to use.The following day, multiple people we spoke to were unapologetic and either refused to believe the conditions really were as the pictures we sent or tried to minimize how appalling the situation was. The plumber came in the morning and was able to fix it, but the sink stopped working and started leaking on the kitchen floor after an hour. We were fed up and asked for a refund, which they refused to do. They offered 10% off the stay, which is not even 1 night worth (7 night stay). They sent the property manager at this point and he came late, forcing us to sit in the apartment on vacation and wait for him. They had to send a maintenance worker a sixth time in 2 days. He again flooded the apartment but was able to seemingly fix it. They moved us to a nearby apartment that was 2/3 the price and refused to refund us. Ruined vacation. Awful communication and hospitality.
