I was very disappointed with this rental. I got an email from the host about eight or nine days before check in stating the unit wasn’t available but he was gonna give us another unit in the same building. Well we got a unit, but it wasn’t in the same building and it wasn’t in the city center like this one was advertised When I spoke to the host about it. He said he accidentally sent me the wrong email and my email was supposed to be sent to someone else. Sounds shady right? I was pretty disappointed. the futon frame in the living room was busted when we opened it up. There was four of us and they only left us three bath towels. when I requested an extra bath towel and a hand towel for the bathroom, I only got an extra bath towel. The cleaner said she would have to get back to us about the hand towel after she spoke to the owner. Can you believe that? The owner said he would reimburse me something, but I never heard back from him. It was not worth half of what I paid. I am so disappointed.
