About this property

Holiday home Cottage am Rhin

Our holiday home is in an undeveloped location in the countryside directly on the Kremper Rhin.
The house (built in 1909) was lovingly restored, completely renovated and modernized in 2015.

110 sqm of living space is divided into two levels.
On the ground floor is the large living room (30 sqm) and the kitchen-diner with dining area (14 sqm) and a modern bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. On the 1st floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a modern shower room.

The house also has a carport and a large shed for storing bicycles. The large garden with its own terrace and additional barbecue area as well as river access is available for our guests' exclusive use. Hiking and cycling trails are right on the property.

De locatie vlakbij het openbaar vervoerstation Elmshorn maakte het gemakkelijk om overal te komen. We waardeerden de nabijheid van een McDonald's voor snelle maaltijden, vooral na lange dagen sightseeing. Al met al een goede keuze voor een eenvoudig en zorgeloos verblijf.

Ons verblijf was werkelijk geweldig! Het ruime appartement was prachtig ingericht en had alle voorzieningen die we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf. We vonden de rust van de omgeving geweldig, waardoor het de perfecte plek was om te ontspannen na een dagje de stad te hebben verkend. De nabijgelegen Freiburg Altstadt was charmant en we genoten van het slenteren door de historische straten. De gastheren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij en zorgden ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. Een echte aanrader voor gezinnen of iedereen die op zoek is naar een rustig uitje!

We verbleven hier voor een weekendje weg en hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. De kamer was ruim en comfortabel en ik waardeer het enorm hoe schoon alles was. De gastheer en gastvrouw waren supervriendelijk en gaven ons geweldige tips over nabijgelegen plekken, zoals Elbstrand Resort. Het enige nadeel was dat de WiFi een beetje traag was, maar eerlijk gezegd vonden we dat niet zo erg omdat we druk bezig waren met de verkenning van de omgeving. Ik kom zeker terug!
