Villa Lupiae is a vacation villa in San Cataldo, Lecce Marina, a stone`s throw from the beach and equipped lidos. Nestled in the pine forest of the Campo Verde Residence, the villa sleeps up to 7.
The Mediterranean-style vacation home is cozy, simple and well equipped. There are accessories such as barbecue, washing machine, air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, mosquito nets etc.
The residence is fenced, both with automatic gate and pedestrian, and allows parking the car inside the property.

Villa Lupiae stands in a fresh and fragrant pine forest, a rejuvenating and peaceful place for seaside vacations in Salento. The vacation home is spread over two floors.
The ground floor consists of double living room, kitchenette and 1 full shower room. In the living room there is a TV.
Internal stairs lead to the second floor where there are 3 double bedrooms one of which has an en suite shower room, 1 single bedroom and the third bathroom with bathtub.
The spacious veranda at the back of the ground floor is equipped for relaxation, as is the balcony located on the upper floor.

Villa Lupiae is a vacation cottage located within the Campo Verde residence, a complex of summer vacation residences on the beaches of Lecce, right in front of the sea in San Cataldo, where all the main services are located.
The city of Lecce, the capital of Baroque and a lively tourist destination with many cultural attractions, is just 10 km away and can also be reached by bus.
The nearest beach can be reached on foot via an internal path through the pine forest.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE PROVIDED, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- First supply of linen (towels and sheets) included in the total. Possible exchange on request at the price of euro 20 per person.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Villa Lupiae is located in the same residence as Villa Massapica and Villa Rudiae.
