Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, with plenty of amenties close by. Traditional well stocked 'corner shop' 100 metres away, large shopping centre just under 1 mile away.
Despite having so many amenties close by and being just 3 miles from the city centre, the flat is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely view of Bogart Hole Clough from balcony at rear. Besides the balcony, guests have use of a further outdoor area on the ground floor with tables and chairs.
The flat feels bright, spacious and homely.
Although I can accommodate up to 9 guests, the listing cost is for 5 guests. Please contact me PRIOR to booking for 6 or more guests so that I can advise on suitability and extra cost.

Once my 3 sons flew the nest, my house was too big for just little old me, so I decided to start this venture.
It became a success immediately on another site, so I decided to branch out onto VRBO.
I still live in my own little flat on the ground floor and it has been an absolute pleasure welcoming guests from all over the world!

Why they chose this property
I was born and bred in this area and have lived in this house for 25 years.
The area is perfect as the city centre is very close by (but I never go!), there are many supermarkets, shops, cafes etc less than a 10 minute walk away.
The most special thing for me is that I look onto Boggart Hole Clough at the rear. A wonderful green oasis with many interesting walks, lakes and a cafe.

What makes this property unique
What makes my property unique is that it is an excellent location for the city center and lots of venues, yet it is a peaceful and tranquil location with a lovely view to the rear.
