4 star holiday home in Lemvig

Well located cottage only approx. 200 meters from the Limfjord with child-friendly beach and large playground / ball field with plenty of space to frolic on a hot summer day. The house's activities provide ample opportunity for many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. There is table football, darts, PlayStation 3 with accompanying games and outdoor football goals. For the little ones there are swings, sandpit and play tower. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has a flat screen TV with both German and Danish, DVD player, radio and free internet. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hobs, oven with grill, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, extractor hood and microwave. There are three bedrooms. Bright bathroom with bathing area, shower and underfloor heating. There is a washing machine and a high chair for the little ones. The house has several continuous terraces, some of which are covered with garden furniture, gas grill and solar carts, where dinner can be enjoyed while the sun goes down over the area. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
