5 person holiday home in MELLBYSTRAND

A very pleasant holiday home in a very good location in a smaller cottage area in northern Mellbystrand, with convenient distance to the fine sandy beach and HökafÀltet's lovely exercise area and nature reserve. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening meals in the glassed-in outdoor room or on the patio in comfortable seating furniture. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and a small toilet. There is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Living room with sofa bed, armchairs and TV. Outside there is a spacious shower that is built in and under the roof. The shower has both hot and cold water. The plot offers both places to enjoy the sun, the family's outdoor activities as well as comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Within easy reach is Mellbystrand's summer center with several restaurants, small shops and Strandhotellet. HökarfÀltet is a lovely nature conservation and exercise area. There are many different walking paths here both in the protective forest and by the sea. Just south you reach Skummeslövstrand and then BjÀrehalvön with all its picturesque summer villages and not least BÄstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its wide range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not pay a visit to the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. The town has a cozy center with small shops, cafes and restaurants. Here the Lagan winds around the town and there is fine salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. In winter you have the VallÄsen ski resort a short drive away. On HallandsÄsen there are also several wonderful hiking trails. For those interested in golf there are many golf courses in the area. The closest is Laholms Gk.
