In 36 square meters of space it hosts 2 people, with a double bedroom on a mezzanine, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom.
The property is located in an area full of services, a few steps from Piazza Bologna (metro stop), the Roma Tiburtina train station and a short distance from La Sapienza University and the Policlinico Umberto I.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table and chairs, wardrobe, TV, hangers and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob (3 burners), fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- MEZZANINE BEDROOM (internal staircase to access, height 1.75 m) with double bed (160x190 cm);
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;
- STORAGE ROOM under the mezzanine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Wifi, central heating with valves, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

ATTENTION:
-Building NOT equipped with a lift (27 steps to access the apartment);

-Quiet hours: 22.00-8.00 and 14.00-16.00.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

Payment of the tourist tax will be required.

The apartment is located near the Nomentano District, a residential area in the north-east of the city. The neighborhood is centered on Piazza Bologna, the commercial center of the district together with the side streets. Behind this square, between Viale XXI Aprile and Via Nomentana, there is an area full of numerous buildings surrounded by greenery, built between the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The property is located a short distance from La Sapienza University and the Policlinico Umberto I hospital complex, one of the most famous in Rome.
The neighborhood is very lively, full of shops, bars and restaurants. Furthermore, it is well connected to the historic center of Rome, thanks to the metro (Bologna stop 7 minutes on foot) and the numerous bus lines, including night buses, that stop nearby.
