The studio is equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge, and microwave, along with cutlery, providing everything you need to prepare light meals and snacks during your stay.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

For nature enthusiasts, Golders Hill Park is a local gem featuring landscaped gardens, a small zoo, and a butterfly house. Adjacent to the expansive Hampstead Heath, visitors can enjoy woodlands, meadows, and panoramic city views.

The Hill Garden and Pergola, a hidden treasure, offers a serene escape with its beautiful architecture and seasonal blooms.

The area is well-connected, with Golders Green Underground Station on the Northern Line providing easy access to central London. The bustling high street is lined with an array of shops, cafes, and eateries offering global cuisines.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest underground station, Golders Green, is just a 4-minutes walk.

Heathrow Airport is an 42-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
