This property is strategically located near clinics and the Mall el Jardín, and very close to the La Pradera stop on the Quito Metro: planning your visit will be a breeze! Thanks to this transportation system, you can easily reach iconic sites such as El Panecillo, the Iglesia de la Compañía, San Francisco, and many other places in Quito's Historic Center.
The studio has a single area; the entrance has a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator. It also has a smart TV and a queen-size bed, along with a full bathroom.
Guests can use the residential parking area at the rear of the property. Guests can also access the laundry and drying area within the property and the communal terrace. Parking in the front is prohibited, as it is reserved for the front premises.
