The location is handy with quick accessibility to the tram, with locally run restaurants and cafes close by. There was a mini fridge in Room 3, which was very handy. The bed was comfy for one person.My only section of 4-star is for the shower room and sink - operated well, but very tight, and it smelled like sewage. Opening the small window helped.
