About this property
Authentic modern Greek Home with garden close to sea and village city centre
This apartment was always a happy place before we decided to make it a rental. It consists of a large bedroom, a bathroom with walk in shower and living room with a sofa bed plus a fully equipped kitchenette, so you can cater for yourself if you wish or just scroll to the village in front of you.
In your garden you will find lemon and orange trees, beautiful flowers and vines. It's secluded, so neighbours cannot see you and it’s quiet. We have placed a hammock and sunbeds for the days you decide to chill just home. There are also BBQ facilities for a day in.
The whole place has a personal touch and is truly Greek. It is bright and cozy and is waiting to be inhabited.
The beach by the sqare is less than 100m away and close to blue flag winning Ragia Beach.
Tavernas, Bars, supermarkets, souvenir shops and village life is just around the corner.

Why they chose this property
I think Kefalonia is one of the most beautiful islands in Greece as it combines mountains and sea. On top it's very green and relatively untouched. Many hidden beautiful places can be still found here.
Poros itself is a real village and not just a tourist place for summer, which empties at the end of the tourist season. We do have a winter life too.

My property is unique as it is not a catalogue place. It combines modernity and vintage without losing Greek authenticity. It is within the village but in a quiet street, so you are in-midden of true Greek village life. The garden has been left very natural and is a nice oasis, if you want to stay home.
This place has seen a lot of happiness when family and friends stayed there, so the vibes are good and ready to be transferred to our guests.
