Cozy beds, warm bathroom, but annoying check in

Everything about the apartment is great for the price. The only thing is check in is a bit of a pain as you always have to wait for someone to come meet you which can take a while. But once in, beds are cozy, bathrooms very nice, ac/heating works, location great! Would be 5* if not for the annoying check in process they have
