On the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park, in Kleinarl at an altitude of 1,014 metres, a stylish apartment awaits you on the sunny side of a quiet cul-de-sac, just 200 metres from the village centre. The idyllic mountain scenery and the relaxed atmosphere make this a pleasant base for a restful stay.

The modernly furnished apartment is situated in a fully renovated, 5-star-standard apartment block. It offers one or two bedrooms with a double bed and, depending on the layout, either a single bed or a bunk bed, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A balcony or terrace offers lovely views. The complex features an 800 m² wellness area with an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, a whirlpool and massage facilities, as well as a bread roll service and a breakfast buffet available at an additional cost. A communal garden with a terrace and sunbathing area, a children’s playroom, and a swing and slide round off the facilities on offer.

In winter, the family-friendly Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski area attracts visitors with 40 kilometres of slopes, specialised runs and freeride routes. With the ski pass, 860 kilometres of slopes in the Ski amadé region are also accessible. In summer, the swimming lake in Reitdorf and the Jägersee, just 4 km away, are ideal for swimming. With the guest card, you can also enjoy free daily entry to the Wagrain Water World.
