In Båleröd, south of Strömstad, you will find this semi-detached house with an adjoining extension. Here you can spend your time enjoying fantastic sea views in comfortable accommodation with large panoramic windows facing the sea. A staircase leads down from the vacation home to the sea and bathing beach. The spacious lawn of the house also offers plenty of space for all kinds of games and fun. There is a beach promenade in the area that leads to several jetties, and around the small boat harbor there is also a barbecue area where you can grill, socialize, and watch the children crab fishing along the piers. There is a bus stop at the entrance, making it easy to explore the town and the surrounding areas, e.g. the resorts of Daftö with an amusement park and numerous other attractions, or the Lagunens campsite with several beautiful beaches offering many great opportunities for activities on land and at sea for young and old alike. Here you can rent a bike and take a ride through the beautiful surroundings or to the center of Strömstad. The area also offers several great hiking opportunities on coastal trails with views of the Strömstad archipelago. The cozy and sunny vacation home is located on a hill with pine forest and unobstructed views of the salty sea from the kitchen and living room as well as from the outbuilding. The entrance leads into the hallway and on to an open room with large panoramic sliding windows with sea views, which you can enjoy regardless of the weather. The living room has both a dining area and a cozy sitting area, as well as a wood-burning stove and a fireplace. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small room with a dishwasher and washing machine. The vacation home also has two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and one with four bunk beds on two levels, as well as a bathroom with a shower.The vacation home also has a separate annex with large windows facing the sea and its own balcony. Inside, there is a 140 cm wide bed, a kitchenette with stove and microwave, and a bathroom with shower. Summer furniture and a barbecue are available on the lawn, making this a wonderful oasis for relaxing, swimming, good food, and pleasant conversation. Strömstad offers a wide range of activities, a rich restaurant scene, pleasant shopping in small, closely spaced shops, or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbor area. From the cottage, you can take the bus to the city center and all the entertainment options or to other swimming spots, of which there are several to choose from. If you want to experience the islands and the archipelago, there are several boat charters and boat trips from the harbor in the center to various archipelago islands such as Furholmen or the Koster Islands, but also to neighboring Norway.
