It’s a great spot for 2, but can squeeze in 3 with the sofa bed in the living room. You’ll get a balcony for fresh air, a kitchen with the basics to cook up a meal, a washer for laundry, a double bed, plus fresh towels and toiletries to get you started.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Art lovers can explore the renowned South London Gallery, while history enthusiasts can visit the Imperial War Museum nearby. Ruskin Park provides scenic walking paths and stunning city views for outdoor relaxation. Just a short journey away, Brixton offers a lively music and food scene, with bustling markets and iconic venues like the O2 Academy Brixton. Camberwell is home to various independent cafés, cosy pubs, and diverse restaurants, making it a great spot to experience local London life.
The Denmark Hill Rail Station is approximately a 3-minute walk away. It provides services on the London Overground, Southeastern, and Thameslink lines. These connections offer direct access to key destinations across central London, including London Victoria, Blackfriars, and south London: Clapham Junction.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
