Mother in law cottage apartment with hardwood floors, secured garage to store your kayak's, camping equipment or motorcycles. Our place has large yard with fire pit as well.
Located in a quiet family neighborhood, close to everything. 2.5 miles from Biltmore estate. 5 mins to downtown Asheville. 5 miles to Blue Ridge Parkway. 2 mins to Fun Depot. 2 miles to Highland Brewing Company. 2.5 miles to Biltmore Village. 3 miles from WNC Nature Center. Beautiful apartment with luxury and style in mind.

Great location to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore, River Art district, & Black mountain

Stay was very enjoyable. Quiet location. There was convenience of a full kitchen, instructions were clear about house rules (TV, washer/dryer/ kitchen etc). Lots of suggestions for restaurants and local things to do. Hostess was very responsive by text and was available if needed. Would definitely stay there again for the convenience of the location and warmth of the cosy rooms.

Asheville cottage

I have stayed here twice. Misty is responsive to questions and needs. The cottage is cozy and comfortable. Always clean. Location is perfect to biltmore, downtown Asheville, Blueridge parkway and surrounding towns.

My first Asheville vacation

Property was just as depicted on Vrbo site. The location was perfect for my time in Asheville. Close to Biltmore, Blueridge Parkway, downtown Asheville, etc. The beds were amazingly comfortable. So was the sofa and livingroom furniture. Host provided additional things such as coffee and creamer, decks of cards, board game some DVDs. List of places of interest and places to eat. She was very responsive when there was an issue with the fridge and had it fix the following day. Plan to stay there again.

Good house

Me and my family stayed at this house for a weekend in Asheville for a wedding. The house worked very well for what we needed and the host was a good communicator. The whole process was very smooth. I would stay here again.

Why they chose this property

I live in the exact cottage i am offering guests for 6 years before purchasing the whole property. I live in a bigger home on the property. It is located close to everything! What is great is the easy access to the major highways and proximity to all the attractions! All in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street.

What makes this property unique

The feel of home away from home. Quiet family neighborhood where you can hear the birds chirping, away from all the Asheville hustle and bustle. My rental has very nice luxury furnishings, it is cozy and quaint. Huge Hickory tree out side the front door attracts all kind of wildlife.
