Spacious and, elegant basement room, with a large private bathroom, located in a prime neighborhood, Surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and thriving parks, offering all the amenities for a pleasant short or long stay.
This luxurious private basement apartment is located in a secure and welcoming neighborhood.
Guests are entitled to a parking space in front of the house and access to the laundry room upon request, depending on the length of their stay.
We are located at 30 minutes drive from Pearson international airport, 45 minutes to the Niagara’s falls. In Milton the unit is at 5 minutes drive to The Mattamy National Cycling Centre, 10 minutes to the escarpment and just in the vicinity of the Milton Education village with Universities and colleges including Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College campus. Just 25 minute going south to lake Ontario’s shore in Oakville or Burlington!
