The apartment was very clean and true to the listing. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby in a very modernized part of the city. Communication with the host was easy and they were very flexible

Difficult to get information as we were traveling and access to email and apps was not always easy. Getting the code for the key earlier would have made it easier, since we also had to get it to our son, who was arriving ahead of us. All made more difficult as each interaction we had to Google Translate. We were not pleased to have to make our own beds after traveling for 16 hours. And still towels in the dryer, which we folded and put away. On the upside, appreciated having coffee available. Posting information on how to use the washer and dryer would be a plus.
