Our three room flat belongs to a nice building equipped with lift and shared swimming pools on the beach boulevard, in a quiet green area and near the town centre of Lignano Riviera, where there are food stores, snack bars, restaurants and pizzerias. It consists of a living-dining area with a TV satellite set, a single sofa bed and a terrace with table and chairs, a kitchen corner with a handy washing machine and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with 3 single beds, a terrace and a full bathroom with bathtub. The whole apartment features air conditioning and WI-FI is available within the pool area. Possibility to park in a garage or be provided with a private numbered parking space. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
