This designer apt is on the coastal frontline in the middle of the iconic La Concha Beach and Bay. Stunning views to the island and bay from the living room/kitchen and bedroom. It is a flat, 10 minute walk to the Old Town and just 5 minutes to the city center shopping district, Plaza Gipuzkoa and Buen Pastor Cathedral. A bus stop is nearby. On the same road are the local, quaint Bar Resaca and the acclaimed Hotel Nobu as well as a 7 day supermarket. You can see the fireworks of Semana Grande from the apartment. You're across the road from La Perla Spa, Cafe and Restaurant. There's a water sports center where you can rent equipment. The apartment has a large, South facing terrace where you can sunbathe, but is cool enough inside during summer, as the sea view is North Facing. No aircon needed. The building is new, wheelchair and pet friendly, and there is parking. Electric blinds, double glazing, washing machine, oven, Nespresso machine, to guarantee you every luxury you’ll need

Why they chose this property
Mirakontxa Pasealekua is one of the most expensive roads in Spain, if not the most expensive, because of its views of the iconic La Concha Bay. The opening of the new Hotel Nobu as our Neighbour, as well as Rafa Nadal, Imanol Ortega, Xabi Alonso and Shakira, being our other neighbours, is testament to that.
What makes this property unique
My property is unique because you have unobstructed sea views of La Concha Bay. It is also frontline and across from the beach and walking distance to the Old Town and the main shopping area. As well, there is a large terrace and parking in the same building, which is very rare in San Sebastián as most of the city is older and UNESCO protected.
