Karat Apartments

Karat Apartments are located in Heinrich Reiter's villa, designated as a national monument in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The property offers four modern accommodation units with exclusive decorations and ambient lighting, just 200 meters from the well-known Sacred Heart Cathedral and the city center. The apartments offer free underground private parking under video surveillance, air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating, external electric blinds, high-speed internet, and cable television. The units feature two large flat-screen TVs: a 65-inch TV in the living room and a 42-inch TV in the bedroom. Each apartment has a washing machine, dryer, and a fully furnished kitchen, including cooking utensils, an oven, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer, hood, coffee machine, and kettle. Additionally, each apartment provides an ironing board and an iron, while the bathrooms are stocked with towels and toiletries for the entire stay.
