Perfect for families or groups of friends, these lovely cottages are all located adjacent to each other within the same complex, close to Bude, and have all the amenities needed, and more than enough space for up to 14 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay on the Cornish coast.



The Space:

Spacious and comfortably equipped, this collection of 3 neighbouring holiday cottages provides a flexible setting for families and groups of up to 14 guests.



• 3 private cottages located adjacent to each other within the same complex

• 7 bedrooms in total – 3 double bedrooms and 4 twin bedrooms

• Comfortable beds dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen

• 3 open-plan living areas, each with two sofas and a TV

• 3 fully equipped modern kitchens with everything needed for self-catering

• Dining tables provided within each cottage

• 5 bathrooms in total, including 3 bathrooms with a bath and shower and 2 separate shower rooms

• Complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels provided for your stay

• Ample storage space available in all bedrooms

• Free Wi-Fi available throughout the cottages



Cottage 1:

• 2 bedrooms – 1 double and 1 twin

• 2 bathrooms – 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with bath and shower



Cottage 2:

• 2 bedrooms – 1 double and 1 twin

• 1 large family bathroom with bath and shower



Cottage 3:

• 3 bedrooms – 1 double and 2 twin rooms

• 2 bathrooms – 1 shower room and 1 bathroom with bath and shower



Guest Access:

Guests have sole private access to the 3 holiday cottages.



The Neighborhood:

Set in a peaceful rural location surrounded by farmland, the cottages offer a relaxing Cornish retreat with coastal views and easy access to Widemouth Bay and Bude.



• Widemouth Bay is less than a 5 minute drive or around a 25 minute walk away

• Enjoy surfing, watersports and scenic coastal walks at the nearby beach

• A selection of cafés and bars can be found around Widemouth Bay

• Bude is less than a 10 minute drive away

• Bude offers a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and activities

• Surfboard and SUP hire, boat trips and fishing activities are available in the wider area

• A large Morrisons supermarket can be found in Bude for groceries and essentials



Getting Around:

A car is the most convenient way to explore the surrounding coastline and wider area, although Widemouth Bay can also be reached on foot.



• Widemouth Bay is around a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away

• Bude can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car or taxi

• Local bus services operate in the area

• The nearest bus stop is around a 20 minute walk from the cottages



Other Things to Note:

We have a number of similar cottages available in the same complex, and would be happy to discuss bookings for larger groups across multiple cottages.



Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times.



The kitchens are fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 10 people.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
