Guest access:
Apartment entered via a private entrance with a lobby and stairs leading to the apartment.

You have exclusive use of the whole property. We are fortunate enough to have a lovely relationship with our neighbours, please preserve this by adhering to the rules about no parties or loud music after 11pm.

Interaction with guests:
AirUs will be in touch to answer any questions before or during your stay. We also offer extra services such as, housekeeping, concierge, surprise celebrations and bouquet of flowers for a special occasion. We’re here for you 24/7!

***Please note that parties/events are strictly not allowed. Our neighbours have our contact number and will inform us along with local Police immediately if this rule has been violated. No refund will be given.

Please note that sofa bed linen is not included in the nightly rate. If you would like to use the sofa bed, please let us know before you check in. There is an additional fee of £20 to cover the cost for fresh linen.

We kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we may add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.

Cot and highchair available on request. A £25 fee is charged if any items are required.
