The residence offers a seasonal shared pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09), located about 200 meters away, and a shared tennis court . The apartment is accessed via a short pedestrian path. A private covered parking space is included.

Payments and Security Deposit

If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) will be charged based on actual consumption at the end of your stay.
A security deposit will be required upon arrival, held on the guest’s credit card (must be physically present and in the guest’s name).
The amount will be automatically released at the end of your stay (release times may vary depending on your bank).
In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain part of the deposit to cover the costs.

Booking Details

Klodge accommodations are private properties rented as tourist rentals under Law 431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 of the Sardinia Region.
Being private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialized in short-term tourist rentals.


Online Check-in and Contract

Online check-in is required after booking (ID and selfie upload for each guest).
Your data will be handled in accordance with the GDPR regulation .
A tourist rental contract must be signed. The contract is in Italian; a courtesy copy in English will be provided.


Key Collection
Keys and documents will be handled at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia , just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Collection
A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate waste bags and dispose of trash correctly before departure.

After 1:00 AM → only with prior authorization
