Villa Marinelli features three elegant bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), a TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and two full bathrooms complete with complimentary toiletries. A cosy living area and a bright, glass-enclosed veranda overlooking the pool make every moment of relaxation even more enjoyable.

All windows are equipped with mosquito screens to ensure maximum comfort.

The spacious, furnished loggia is perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, complete with a barbecue and wood-fired oven for preparing delicious pizzas to enjoy with friends.

Guests have the entire property at their disposal, nestled in the greenery of carefully tended gardens, where privacy, tranquility, and nature blend into an exclusive atmosphere. From the villa, you can admire our olive grove, which frames the landscape with the authentic charm of the Tuscan countryside.

Heating is available in April, May, and October based on usage, to be paid directly at the property.

During the Christmas period (December 23, 2026 – January 9, 2027), heating is charged based on usage and must be paid directly at the property.

The villa is situated in a particularly pleasant hilly area, characterised by a naturally cool and breezy climate. Thanks to its location and temperatures that are generally milder than those in the lowlands—especially in the evening and at night—the villa offers a pleasant and comfortable environment even during the summer months.
To ensure maximum comfort at all times of the day, we provide guests with three fans—one for each bedroom—and a more powerful fan for the living room or other areas of the villa, ensuring pleasant ventilation when needed.
