The Falkenlay holiday apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a spacious living and dining room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The holiday apartment has a separate parking space, a carport and a large garage with direct access to the apartment. On the south-facing sunny balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Eifel-Mosel-Hunsrück region. There is also a terrace/open veranda area available.

Interior of the rooms:
- Bedroom with double bed and storage consoles, wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat screen TV, work or dressing table, access to the south-facing balcony through a panoramic sliding element
- Bedroom with adult-sized bunk bed, chest of drawers, flat screen TV, seating, spacious closet
- Kitchen-living room with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, capsule machine and all necessary kitchen appliances, dining table with chairs
- Living-dining room with corner sofa/coffee table and living room furniture, dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen TV, also access to the south-facing balcony via a panoramic sliding element
