But when you do need to make a feast, there’s loads of room for everyone to cook, chill, and argue over who’s hogging the TV.

The vibe? Clean, modern, and actually somewhere you’ll want to come back to after a long day at uni – or a long night out. Fast WiFi for your lectures (or Netflix), comfy sofas for recovery mode, and not to far to walk or cycle to campus, so if you wake up late you can still make that 9am lecture. Just….

Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am.

Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

Travel cots and high chairs are available for £25 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.

This property is professionally managed by Air Maison which means the property is professionally and thoroughly cleaned between stays, high-end quality linen, bath and hand towels and hotel style toiletries.
