The Beach House comprises a main house and a separate annex, making it ideal for large groups.

5 Bathrooms (currently 2 bathrooms, 3 shower rooms) - plans to increase to 1 en suite bathroom with sea views, four en suite shower rooms, a family bathroom and a family shower /wet room and a further shower area attached to spa area

A ground-floor double bedroom and single bedroom are available in the main house for accessibility needs. The double bed in this room can be moved to the single bedroom if needed, but this would mean the single bedroom cannot be used.

The pool heating is dependent on ambient temperatures. It generally reaches 26-28°C in warmer months but may be cooler in colder seasons. Expect around 10°C higher than the surrounding air temperature in spring and 12°C higher by autumn.

Booking Information

Minimum Stay:

Weekends: 3 nights (extra night required for bank holidays)

Winter holiday stays: 5 nights minimum (shorter stays may be pre-arranged)

Summer holiday stays (July-Sept): Check-in/out on Monday or Friday only

Special Offer: Book 3 weekend nights (Jan-March) and get 1 extra night free (excludes holidays, subject to availability)
