Starting of with the bathroom a simple, Luxury, Elegant marble finish along the walls of the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The walk in kitchen has overhead cabinets, a electric cooker, toaster, kettle, a fridge and of course a sink! The Bedroom, consists with a double bed, a wardrobe and a side table. The living room flows into a compact dinning room area, perfect for relaxed meals or working from home. All bills are inclusive. The garden is a shared garden space. Entrance is from the side garden gate.

Why they chose this property
I chose this area because, firstly, I live in this area for 9 to 10 years and it's much better than living directly in London, so it's away from the city, a place where there is peace and quiet and a place where there a nice people.
What makes this property unique
The reason why my property is unique is because, not many places have a quiet place, not many pleases have a space to move around. In this property, the unique part of it is that every morning you hear birds, you don't hear the traffic or you don't hear people arguing. It's a quiet, calm and away from the city area.
