⭐Villa Nevada is a premium villa in the area of North-West Himos (Luoteis-Himos).
It is built right beneath the North-Himos slopes, the cross country skiing tracks are only short way from the cottage. In the summer time the hiking paths start close by.

This spacious villa is decorated in modern style with good quality materials. Villa is suitable for both groups and families. Excellent choice also for business trips.

The Villa has 2 floors. In the entrance floor there is a large open kitchen and living room area and 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have private TV, shower & toilet. Large windows provide views to Patalahti-lake and the slopes. Unique 40m² glazed terrace with a gass grill.

Downstairs 1 bedroom, sauna, home theater room and utility room.
2 extra sleeping places on downstairs sofa and 2 extra matresses. Hot tub on the terrace with direct access to sauna.

There is a heated garage for 2 cars for occupants' use.

⭐ Bed linen and towels (20e/person) is a mandatory service
