Apartment with private pool and 120m² of terraces. Quiet, close to beaches.
Beautiful, modern holiday apartment in a quiet green area, ideal to relax with lots of privacy, but also to enjoy the famous Spanish Costa at any time.
BUILDING
The apartment, completely renovated in 2023, is located in the ground floor of a villa on a spacious plot of 900m². This is completely closed off, so that small children or pets cannot just go out alone. Small, well-behaved pets are welcome, subject to prior permission. The owner lives above the apartment, but mainly rents it out during periods when she is absent herself. Except a communal entrance gate along the street, the apartment is also completely independent, including a separate entrance door.
OUTDOOR
During their stay, guests are free to use the beautiful, spacious garden with swimming pool and adjoining terraces with sun loungers and outdoor lounge corner. The large designer swimming pool with two entrances & exits is directly accessible from the apartment's living room (via an adjoining terrace, ideal for an outdoor breakfast or snack). The garden lounge is ideal for a pleasant chat or aperitif with tapas. In addition, you can also use a garden table with relax chairs, on the large side terrace (next to the entrance door). You really come here to enjoy the outdoors.
INDOOR
Inside you will find in addition to the spacious entrance hall with cloakroom and guest toilet, an open and fully equipped fitted kitchen with large refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hobs and dishwasher. This connects directly to a modern dining room and lounge, bathed in natural light. In the living room you will find an office corner, and a large and comfortable sofa for 6 people, which can be partially folded out into a double bed.
The two spacious double bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe with shelves, drawers and hangers, and each has its own bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. In the main bathroom you will also find a washing machine (a drying rack is located outside).
All windows are equipped with external shutters, so you can darken any room perfectly. Each room also has its own air conditioning unit with remote control, which can also serve as heating. Throughout the apartment you have access to a fast (fiber optic) internet connection via a Wi-Fi router.
ENVIRONMENT
The nearest beach (Playa del Corral, with bar-restaurant) is 400m away: you can walk there in less than 5 minutes via a path.
In fifteen minutes you can walk to the center of Isla Plana, where you will find all amenities, including restaurants, an ATM, a supermarket, a do-it-yourself store, a pharmacy, a bakery.
From the picturesque church on the beach, a walk (or bike ride) starts that takes you to nearby La Azohía. Along the way you will pass some quiet beaches (including one intended for dogs and their owners) and bars-restaurants.
Cartagena (30 minutes) and Murcia (45 minutes) are easily accessible for a trip by car: you will find culture, archaeology, culinary hotspots, movie theaters & sports halls, and luxurious shopping centers.
