The resort is nestled around the beautiful crescent-shaped white sand beach of Anaehoomalu Bay. Many water-sports available from this magnificent beach. Windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling, glass-bottom boat, dive trips, etc. The King's Shops within walking offers world-class dining and shopping.

Great location and property! Our host was very communicative and even offered to go the extra mile when my son forgot something at the condo. 100% would recommend
The condo is located at the heart of Waikoloa. Easy walk or short drive to restaurants, market, malls and beach. The condo suited my family very well. Would stay there again.
Place is located comfortably close to the Hilton resort, the markets, and Waikoloa Beach.
Aside from a minor light fixture issue and rather dirty floors, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
We had the best stay at Shawn’s place. Even though it’s an older place it was beautiful and clean. Even my grandmother would have approved. The kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Shawn also gave us some great pointers on places to visit including the Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner. Thanks again!!

Had a great time visiting this part of the Island and watching our son participate in the half Ironman. The condo had everything we needed for our short stay, and we were rarely inside to take advantage of amenities.The only initial confusion was our assumption that the second bedroom was also a king bed based on photos. The owner’ son was great at communicating and helping with any issues even while out of the country. This is a great condo for families with children!
Great property. We loved the quite corner location overlooking the golf course and Mauna Kea Mountain. The floor plan was really nice and the unit was well maintained and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked it had everything we needed. We also loved the location we never ended up using our car as we love to walk and walked to everything. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Finally the owner host was always responsive and easy to work with. We will be BACK!

Great unit, great complex, amazing location awesome host.
Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Check in and check out were super easy. We barely needed a rental car. Everything is a 10 minute walk. Beach, restaurants, Starbucks, etc. Rented paddle boards kayaks cabanas at the beach. Unit had umbrella, beach chairs body boards and a cooler. Nice breezes keep the air fresh overnight. Couldn’t really ask for more.

We selected this property after reviewing the location, rates, amenities, and photos of this and other properties. We were completely satisfied with our decision as everything was to our expectation. We were fortunate to have had the perfect weather and access to the pool, shopping complex and restaurants located within walking distance. What made our stay more enjoyable was the property owners hospitality. They were easy to work with and were quick to respond when we contacted them. I would definitely recommend staying at this unit when in Waikoloa. Mahalo Shawn!
The place was infested with ants. We did not use the sink and there was ants all over. The owner said they would send someone however no one came.

Please see all of our other reviews. First of all this guest didn't even stay at our unit. We learned she booked it for someone else. Also she called 3 days into her stay and said there were some ants in the Master Bathroom. I said we will send somone right out. She then texted that her friend had valuables and didn't want someone to come that day. We honestly DO NOT have an ANT problem and have regular pest control. We have almost all 5 star reviews and ALWAYS RESPOND to problems immediately as we do CARE!!! Please read other recent reviews as this is not accurate information and the person that did the review didn't actually even stay in the unit.

Family Vacation over Easter Break
Our family stayed at this condo rental for 2 weeks over the Easter Break.
It was clean, organized and very quiet. I am sure that we were the noisy ones since we were travelling with 4 kids! The Vista Waikoloa property is well maintained and very quiet. Our unit had a great golf course mountain view. We enjoyed being a short walk to Kings & Queens shops. We appreciated the updated bathrooms & kitchen and the laundry. Boogey Boards beach chairs, toys and towels were a welcome bonus! The pool was great and we enjoyed having numerous dips under the stars before bedtime.
Dennis and Marci were great to deal with, very hands on.
We feel we got good value for our money and we will definitely return.

Waikoloa Vista
The unit is large and spacious. It could use a little TLC and a deep clean. Kitchen could also use some common items. No scissors, colander/strainer, coffee grinder was small and not that reliable. Kitchenware is dated. The lanai is very spacious, would have been nice if the tile flooring of the lanai had been washed prior to our arrival. The light over the shower in the master bath did not work and there several burned out light bulbs when we arrived. All issues I mentioned are easily fixed. Short walk to beach which is nice.

We do appreciate reviews from our guests, this is the best way for us to make sure we do better as we strive for 5 star reviews and if you check our reviews on all of our properties most all are 4 or 5 star reviews and mostly 5 star. we strive to have our cleaners do a great job every time and if they miss the mark we call them and be sure the issue is taken care of properly and they do it with a smile, again this is far and few between. If a guest were to call us while they are staying and have a concern we would address it right away, not after the guest leaves. when this guest addressed the issues in their review after they had stayed, my wife and I went over to see what had been missed. Our cleaners had been there of course before the review was left. we wanted to see for ourselves before the cleaners were aware of the report we had received on vrbo.
We are happy to say that the home was not tired and was clean. If the guest observed a tired or not clean condo we would have sent the cleaners back to take care of their concerns that day.
The guest mentioned the lack of scissors, it was in a drawer, guest said a colander was missing we could not find it either even though our inventory showed one, that has been replaced. There is a coffee grinder there and it does work fine, may not be a commercial grade but does work fine.
We did find one dinner plate chipped that was put in service less than one year ago, my wife replaced it last week after our inspection and did replace some other items not out of necessity but just did it to be sure we are updated. the only light bulb we did find not working was in the shower area and it was replaced with a long lasting bulb There are two wall switches that govern the lamps, if the switch on the wall is not turned on the lamps blubs will not turn on. (we only found one bad bulb). If a bulb does burn out and guest is not able to change a bulb we are more than happy to do that within a very short time.
Our cleaners do clean the Lani areas after each guest, we are often booked back to back but we do expect a thorough cleaning after each guest leaves and when we make our inspections randomly, we do expect the cleanings to be 5 star. This condo has been extensively remodeled within the last 3 to 4 years and is received very well by our guests. Sorry that the guest was upset that we could not give them a late 9PM check out but only to noon.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place. This location is perfect - there is so much to do in and around Waikoloa. We could walk to nearby restaurants (Tropics Tap House is within walking distance and has great food & drinks), several resorts (day pass at the Hilton is highly recommended as if the Luau at the Marriott), shopping and groceries. This clean and quiet condo has all the amenities that made for a comfortable stay. We all enjoyed the pool and eating on the lanai. Dennis made sure that we were able to get into the place when we arrived, which was a nice touch (his directions were clear and we had no problems getting in). Highly recommended for a fun and relaxing vacation on the Big Island.
We enjoyed 12 nights at this property which is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants/clubs. The property is beautifully appointed with views of the golf course and walking paths. We used the pool area area a lot.
We love the Vista Waikoloa. The property is beautiful, convenient and quiet. The unit we stayed in was well equipped, nice finished and good appliances. We definitely plan on staying again. This was our3rd stay at Vista Waikoloa.
Dennis's condo has a great location, and the unit has wonderful amenities. Dennis was very responsive, and address all of our questions and needs. We'll be back with Dennis in our return visits.
We enjoyed our weekend in Waikoloa. Unit was comfy, quiet and relaxing. We hope to visit again!
