Our place is located on the island of Ciovo just 5 minutes walking distance to the city center. It is special in that it is in a quiet location outside the hustle and bustle of the city and also very close to the city center.
The home is very spacious as it has a large terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers. The living room and bedroom have balconies overlooking the city. At our guests' disposal is a swimming pool (12x5 meters) with a jaccuzi section.



Our charming property is located on the beautiful island of Čiovo, just a leisurely 5-minute walk from the vibrant city center. What makes it truly special is its ideal setting — nestled in a quiet and peaceful area that offers a welcome escape from the bustle of the town, while still being within easy reach of all the attractions, shops, restaurants, and cultural sights the city has to offer.

The home itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed to provide guests with comfort and relaxation. One of its highlights is the large private terrace, fully equipped with a dining table, chairs, and sun loungers — perfect for enjoying outdoor meals, sunbathing, or simply unwinding with a good book in the warm Mediterranean breeze.
