Charming apartment in the heart of Rome, this third-floor holiday home offers a comfortable stay for up to six guests. It features two spacious bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and one with two singles—each with its own en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A double sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space. While pets are welcome, the property is not suitable for young children due to the stairs and lack of elevator. Bed linen and towels are included and changed regularly, and a baby cot is available on request. Set just steps from the iconic Trevi Fountain, this apartment places you in the center of Rome’s historic quarter. You’ll be surrounded by the city's main attractions, including the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Navona, all within easy walking distance. Cafés, local bakeries, traditional trattorias, and boutique shops line the nearby streets. The Barberini metro station is just a short stroll away, offering quick access to Termini Station, the Colosseum, and Vatican City. Additional amenities include a separate, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances like a kettle, toaster, and juicer. The apartment also features a dining area with refined décor and Murano glass chandeliers, plus air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and heating. A tourist tax of €6 per person per night applies, and identification is required at check-in. Minimum age for at least one guest is 18.
