Welcome to Len's Lookout - one of the finest and largest properties on The Bay Filey with panoramic views of Filey Bay.

Featuring downstairs bedroom, shower room, huge kitchen, balcony with sea view, patio, log burner and stunning master suite - this is truly a special home from home and really is suitable for "something special".

Enter through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks / storage and family football table. To the side is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room.

Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a lovely fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, oven/hob, microwave and washing machine.

Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people (2 additional dining chairs provided) which leads to the stunning lounge area with log burner, multiple large comfortable sofas and bifold doors onto the large patio with seating and amazing access to the field - ideal for kids to play.

Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite with a kingsize bed, and double sofa bed (ideal for children not adults) with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the balcony with views to The Sea and beyond. There are 2 further bedrooms - one double and one twin. These share a large family bathroom.

There's a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles.

Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
