- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

About Aaron Ballweber
Hello, Welcome to Central Oregon! We love living here and make Bend, OR our home. Recreational mecca! Brasada is such a wonderful place for families and singles alike. The kids LOVE all the amazing fun opportunities that are offered and the adults can be as active as they want or NOT!! We especially enjoy all the bike, walking paths that make it easy to get from our cabin to the Athletic Center. The Kids Hide-Out never fails to entertain when the kids are worn out from all the water activities. We love just relaxing anywhere on site... enjoying the mountain views And don't forget the smores around the campfire at night for everyone.

We are just close enough to all the action at the Athletic Center but enough distance to offer measurable peace and quiet. Easy walk, bike (or drive) down the well-paved path.
What makes this House unique
Views of Three Sister’s Mtns from hot tub with handrail at steps LARGE grassy area out the front door (watch the bunnies) or set up our volleyball net or croquet set. Private, professionally maintained hot tub and a large gas grill on the rear (wrap-around) deck under the star-filled skies. One bedroom with cozy fireplace and ALSO one in the Great Room. LARGE ensuite soaking tub in the main master! Two large stone-lined walk-in showers. Close enough to the Athletic Center that one can walk down. Very peaceful, quiet. Cabin stands alone. Ceiling fan in the main master too!
