About this property
A llyn peninsula that sleeps 5 guests in 2 bedrooms
Located at the top of the 'Plas' hill the new apartments sit two storeys high, capturing the fantastic views out to the sea. The ground-floor apartments benefit from their own private decks, ideal for taking in the spectacular coastal sunsets whilst enjoy a glass of something bubbly. The apartments follow the natural contours of this incredible location and are laid out to give each one its own unique identity and outlook.
Stepping inside, Ground Floor Apartment #7 greets guests with a small hall (for removing sandy boots), then a large, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area - ideal for reconnecting with loved ones whether cooking, relaxing or feasting on locally caught fayre! Designed around a more masculine colour palette, this eclectic yet opulent holiday apartment is swathed in rich and rugged furnishings, that still reflect the luxurious nature of this sought-after region.
The bright and contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater for the duration of your stay, including all crockery and cookware, plus high-end Neff appliances. From the kitchen window, guests can enjoy views of the neighbouring village of Pistyll, as well as the small families of sheep that frequent the hills! Moving into the beautiful living room, framed by the sea-view, guests can kick back and recline on the unbelievably comfortable tan leather sofa or tweed, scallop-shape armchair, while reading a book, watching a film or just snuggling up by the integrated wood burner. The large private deck can be accessed here through the full-height glass doors, where a table and chairs awaits to enjoy the spectacular coastal sunsets (with opportunities to spot the resident dolphins!). Just beyond the private deck, there is a large, open grassy area which gently rolls down to the lower tier of the 'Plas' - an ideal space for little ones to burn off energy (whilst being supervised by adults).
Heading further into the apartment there is a chic dining area adjacent to the kitchen, opposite to which is a cool alcove/snug, equipped with a gorgeous, golden-hued chair and reading lamp, where you can catch up on your favourite book or take time to browse on your laptop. All of the 'Plas' apartments are regulated via air-source heat pumps, meaning that even on cooler days the property stays warm and cosy.
The luxurious master bedroom comes complete with a small dressing area and beautiful en-suite shower room (connected via a sliding 'barn' door, allowing for maximum space within the bedroom). From the comfort of the king-size bed, guests can lay between the Egyptian cotton sheets and gaze out over the sea through the full height glass doors - all whilst enjoying breakfast in bed! Stepping next door, the twin (or additional double) bedroom is perfect for young explorers, with a gorgeous decor and views up across the hillside behind the apartments. Connecting both bedrooms is a large family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, for soaking away the stresses of everyday life.
Outdoors, the ground-floor apartments are accessed via a small step down and offer parking directly adjacent to the property.
