Although the place was close to a lot of amenities. The couches were outdoor furniture not comfortable at all. The beds moved all around were not locked into positions so if you went to sit on a few of the beds they moved around. Host wasnt helpful when communicating she would not convert conversation from spanish to English i had to use translator every time. Which made me uneasy with possibility of fraud. It ended up fine but also in some areas of the unit the base boards had some black mold. But unit was big and the unit and location of unit to pool was nice. And you must send ID for confirmation. All and all it was nice but I would not stay again. Due to the hard translating with host. And customer service not helpful.

Thank you for your feedback. I always appreciate guests taking the time to share their experience. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The property requires ID verification as part of the condominium association security policy for all occupants, which is standard procedure and intended to protect both guests and owners. Regarding communication, I always respond promptly and the platform provides automatic translation tools that allow guests and hosts to communicate in their preferred language. Many of my international guests use this system without difficulty. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay. If any maintenance concern is reported during a stay, it is addressed immediately. I always encourage guests to inform me during their visit so I can assist in real time. I am glad you enjoyed the size of the unit and its convenient location near the pool and amenities, and I appreciate your comments as they help me continue improving the guest experience.
