Where are we....
Charlestown is a quaint harbour town on the south coast of Cornwall about an hours drive from Plymouth and situated between Fowey and Mevagissey.
Still quite a hidden gem, Charlestown used to be home to a fleet of jaw dropping Tall Ships and most recently has been the film set for Poldark, Pirates of the Caribbean and the latest Tom Hardy series called Taboo.
Dogs and Children...
One dog is welcome - Please advise on breed before booking.
Suitable for children of 2+ years.
Things to do....
The South West Coast path is on the doorstep taking you to Fowey on the East side or Pentewan and Mevagissy on the West side.
Carlyon Bay Golf Course and Porthpean Golf Course are both just around the corner.
The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Helicon are equally 15 minutes drive.
The A30 is just a 15 minute drive and runs through the centre of Cornwall, all the way to Penzance, making it incredibly easy to get to all the popular attractions Cornwall has to offer.
There is so much to see and do in Cornwall, particularly the South coast. There is so much history here and something for everyone to enjoy.
Or maybe you just need to Be.... Just come and sit still in Cornwall and recharge the batteries. With 365 beaches to visit, you'll be spoiled for choice as to where to relax and unwind.
Foodies...
With very little 'chain' restaurants in Cornwall, most eateries and bar's are independently owned and thus offer the most fantastic ambience, experience and ultimately food!
Restaurant owners pride themselves on using locally sourced and seasonal produce and it shows in the quality and taste experienced. We receive so much positive feedback from guests after our recommendations, with many guests returning just to experience their favourites restaurants again.
We love this!
So what are you waiting for..... escape to a relaxing Harbourside home - be one of our first 3 bookings and receive a 25% discount.
