Villa Charlotte is a modern and spacious villa, perfect for large groups or families seeking comfort, leisure, and privacy all in one place.



On the ground floor, the living room is bright and inviting, ideal for social gatherings. This floor also includes a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest bathroom for convenience.



The first floor features four double bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional bathroom for extra comfort.



The lower floor offers four more bedrooms designed to accommodate different needs: one with four bunk beds, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with four single beds. This floor also has two bathrooms and a games room equipped with a pool table, table tennis, and foosball.



The kitchen is fully equipped and connects directly to the outdoor area.



Outside, the heatable pool (additional cost), two jacuzzis XL (additional cost), barbecue, and outdoor dining area create the perfect setting to relax and enjoy.



Located in Armação de Pêra, close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and local shops.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 27th to the 34th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €400 / Groups: €400 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).
The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Amazing Stay with Stunning Views

Villa Charlotte exceeded all our expectations. The sea views from the terrace were breathtaking, and the villa itself had everything we could possibly need. The heated pool and jacuzzis were a real treat, and the whole place was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location is peaceful but close enough to walk to the beach and shops. It’s the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation. Highly recommended for big groupsfamilies.

Incredible Villa for Large Groups

We stayed at Villa Charlotte with a big group of friends and it was absolutely amazing. The house is huge, modern and very well maintained, with more than enough space for everyone. The pool area is fantastic, and we loved using the jacuzzi in the evenings. The games room kept everyone entertained and the kitchen had everything we needed for group meals. The location is great too, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We couldn’t have chosen a better place.

Perfect for Family Gatherings

Our extended family spent a week at Villa Charlotte and it was the best holiday we’ve had together. There was so much space for everyone, and the kids especially loved the pool and games room. The adults enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and watching the sunset from the rooftop. Having multiple bathrooms made everything so convenient. It’s an ideal house for large families who want both fun and comfort. We’re already planning to come back next year.

A Perfect Stay for a Large Group Holiday

We stayed at Villa Charlotte with a large group of friends (22 adults and children combined), and honestly, it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The villa is incredibly spacious and well designed for group stays, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a huge kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and multiple areas to relax both indoors and out. The pool was warm (we chose the heating option) and the kids were thrilled with the games room downstairs. The underwater windows to the pool in the basement rooms were a quirky and fun touch. We also really enjoyed the jacuzzis in the evening and watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace. It’s just a short walk to the beach and local shops too. Highly recommend this villa for big families or group getaways!

Unforgettable Group Holiday

What a place! We were a group of 28 staying at Villa Charlotte and the space accommodated us comfortably. The villa is beautifully maintained, clean, and filled with thoughtful details. The games room kept everyone entertained, especially the teenagers, while the adults relaxed by the pool or in the jacuzzi. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to cook for a big group, and there was more than enough space in the living and dining areas for all of us to gather. The outdoor areas, especially the panoramic terrace, are stunning. We loved the sea view and the peaceful atmosphere. Only a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. It was honestly one of the best holidays we've had, Villa Charlotte is ideal for large groups and special occasions.

Excellent Location, Luxury Feel and Great Amenities

Villa Charlotte delivered everything it promised and more. We booked the house for a family reunion and had a mix of adults, teens, and younger children. Everyone had plenty of space, and the layout meant we could be together when we wanted, but also enjoy some privacy. The bedrooms were modern and comfortable, and the outdoor area with the heated pool and dining space was where we spent most of our time. The two jacuzzis were a real treat, especially in the evenings! The panoramic sea view from the rooftop terrace was one of our favourite spots to unwind. Only 10 minutes walking to the beach and shops, so no need for a car. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or setup. Would absolutely book again!
