This 1110 square foot, one bedroom, bunk room, 2BA home is a favorite of renters in all seasons.

Anniversary trip
Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good experience overall. Two items in the unit need addressing. Sofa is worn out. Very uncomfortable. Need a new coffee pot. Current one can work, but is not very practical.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice but could use an update regarding the sofa and chair. The sofa bed mattress was too thin. The coils could be seen and felt when lying on it. We had to use the mattresses from the bunk beds in order to sleep on it. The floor could have been mopped. This was noticeable when walking with just socks on. The master bedroom/bathroom was fine.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. Condo 706 was very nice but most of all very clean. Only complaint was the walkway from parking deck was being repaired our entire stay. Didn’t like having to cross busy road with 2 children. Was not told about this when I made the reservations. Received a phone call about it the day before we arrived, too late to cancel. When I bought my parking pass it was on there but still too late to cancel because when you buy your parking pass obviously you have already paid for the unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the 3 nights at Aqua #705. The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean, and we would definitely return in the future. The booking was flawless and me printing the the Parking Passes was so convenient. The Codes were text the day of arrival as instructed in the registration. Thanks for a great experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our sales agent, Robin Hill was amazing. We choose a unit that wasn't as updated as the others because it was on the floor level we preferred and we were given a better rate. I did not let the following affect my rating but I do want to mention, that the furniture; (bed, couch and dyer), need to be replaced.
